摘要

Ni is a typical soft magnetic material with fee structure and poly-crystal Ni is known to show a negative high magnetostriction value. Magnetostriction is one of the important material properties which should be taken into account in designing magnetic thin film devices, and it is known to vary depending on the crystallographic orientation, thickness, shape, etc.
