MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS AT MAN'S QATAR SERVICE SHOP - Opening its Doors in 2008, Gulf Turbo Services has Grown Quickly

MAN Diesel and Turbo SE, in cooperation with the Qatar-based company Petrotech Engineering LLC (Petrotec), established Gulf Turbo Services LLC (GTS) in 2006. GTS is owned 55% by MAN and 45% by Petrotec. By the end of 2008, after completing the start-up procedures requested by local law, the new company began servicing rotating equipment installed in the Qatar oil and gas industry and in neighboring countries. The GTS shop is presently located in the Salwa Industrial Area of Doha, Qatar.
