Formation of reaction layer on Ga-,Sb-, GaSb-electrodes at anodic polarization in a sodium hydroxide solution

摘要

The results of voltammetric investigations of Ga-,Sb-,GaSb-electrodes in a solution of hydroxide of sodium are presented. It has been show that on a surface of the investigated electrodes the products of ionization of metals form a transition hydroxo-oxide layer, which retards the rate of disslution of metals.
