摘要

It was established the effect of Secondary hormone Cytokinine (SHC) with 14-3-3 proteins to activate Ca2+- dependent ATP-ase of plasmatic membranes from aleuion layer of wheat seeds. This enzyme is inhibited by vanadate. The activation Ca2+- dependent ATP-ase causes the increasing of the level of the cytosolic Ca2+ions.
