摘要

The increasing of the Cu atoms' oxidation and the atoms' regulation has been discovered in the Bi-containing HTSC compounds (Bi_(0,8)Pb_(0,2)_2Sr_2Ca_2Cu_3O_(10) with the use of X-ray emission spectroscopy method. The samples were subjected to the influence of the low-dose g-radiation or ultrasoft X-ray radiation from the golden anode of X-ray tube.
