摘要

Regularities of modification of the structure and phase composition of surface layers of steel details with electric-spark TiN-based coatings after multicycle (the base is 10~7 cycles) alternating loading are investigated by the methods of microhardness, scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersion analysis, X-ray diffraction phase analysis. A preferred distribution of the phases in depth of the alloyed layer is offered.
