摘要

The influence of plastic deformation, ultrasound and electrical current on the photoconduction decay (PCD) in silicon is experimentally studied. It is possible to connect the changes of PCD, incipient under influence of plastic deformation, ultrasonic treatment (UST), and treatment by the electrical current (TEC) with a change of concentration of charged defects. As shown, UST and TEC influence on both plastic and electrophysical properties of silicon crystals and can be used for control of semiconductor properties.
