摘要

The possibility of controlling the adsorption properties of granulated blast furnace slag by increasing the crystal phase content was investigated. Three approaches were used: high-temperature crystallization of amorphous slag, crystallization of slag from liquid phase melted in a flux, thermal treatment of slag mixtures and M2O3 additives. The results obtained show that crystallization of the slag during usual thermal treatment and preliminary melting in special fluxes may lead to the desired effect.
