The U.K. arm of global company Moog, which designs, manufacturers and integrates precision control components and systems, has developed what it describes as a new approach to fuel metering. This new approach offers gas turbine users a variety of benefits, such as reduced fuel consumption, improved start-up performance due to independent fuel metering streams and improved reliability due to integrated construction, the company said.
