A Method of Thermal Expansion Coefficient Control in Silicon Substrates

摘要

A method of determination of the temperature dependence of the thermal expansion coefficient (TEC) in silicon substrates is developed. The method consists in postulating of the form of this dependence and subsequent determination of the parameters by integral change in the curvature radius of the structure silicon dioxide - substrate after cooling to room temperature at the given TEC value of the film.
