Analytical Facilities of Amperometric Choline Esterase Biosensors in Flow Type Analysis

A model set-up of easy and expedient in operation flow type analyzer (enzyme reactor) which includes amperometric Choline esterase biosensor for the determination of potential contaminators of environment is developed. Various modifications of biosensors developed are used for the determination of toxic agents in the flow within the concentration range from 1 X 1-~(-3) to n X 10~(-13) M during 16-36 h.
