Synthesis of tubulin-binding bridged biaryls via intermolecular Suzuki coupling

摘要

This account summarizes our recent work on the synthesis of bridged biaryls that act on the tubulin—microtubule equilibrium. An emphasis is made on the development of biaryl Suzuki couplings, both in non-asymmetric and asymmetric forms that played a major role in these studies.
