摘要

Quinoxaline derivatives have been synthesized in high yields in the presence of cellulose sulfuric acid as an inexpensive, recyclable and biodegradable solid acid catalyst in H2O or EtOH at room temperature.Quinoxaline and its derivatives are an important class of benzoheterocycles displaying a broad spectrum of biological activities which have made them privileged structures in pharmacologically active compounds [1-4]. They have also been found applications as building blocks in the synthesis of organic semiconductors [5], rigid subunits in macrocyclic receptors or molecular recognition [6], and chemically controllable switches [7].
