We examine by the modified FDTD method that how much the shielding clothes on a human model can reduce the electromagnetic wave from outside. We incorporate the theoretical transmission coefficient in the FDTD method in the case that an arbitrary polarized plane wave is incident on a multi-layered medium, consisting of the thin film shielding material substitute at an arbitrary angle of incidence. In this report, for the shielding clothes on a human model, we estimate the electrical properties (σ, ε, μ) by the experiment. With analysis by the modified FDTD method with the obtained electrical properties, we examine reduction effectiveness of the electromagnetic wave from outside for the shielding clothes on a human model. As a result, when the electromagnetic wave shielding material like a metal plated fiber is used as the shielding clothes, it turns out that the electromagnetic wave get into the position of an implanted pacemaker from the aperture of the clothes.
