INDUSTRIAL MASTERING OF PRODUCTION OF PURE VANADIUM PENTOXIDE FROM PROCESSED VANADIUM CATALYST ON THE BASE OF URANIUM PRODUCTION

摘要

The technology for processing of wasted vanadium catalysts is developed; it includes the next stages: sulfuric acid leaching, deposition and rinsing of rough deposit, oxidizing leaching of obtained deposit with solution of sodium hydroxide, acidation of leaching solutions and thermo-hydrolysis, conversing cleaning of hydrated vanadium pentoxide, calcinations of ammonium metavanadate to ready products. The technology is realized on the base of existing software of uranium production.
