摘要

The effect of main factors on the process of iron-cleaning of nickel-cobalt solutions producing during sulphate leaching of converter matte with usage of basic nickel carbonate as neutralizer is examined. Investigations undertaken in the reactor with high aeratic parameters showed that riseof oxygen concentration in using oxidizer led to the proportional increase of iron oxidation rate and, respectively, decrease of requires process duration. Air replacement by pure oxygen promotes lowering of nickel content in iron reminder from 26.3 to 12.2 percent, and decrease of specific consumption of nickel carbonate by approximately 44 percent (rel.). Optimal parameters of iron-cleaning process in solutions are determined.
