STUDY OF THE CONDITIONS OF CONNECTION FORMING IN ROLLING OF LAMINATED PLATES OF ALUMINIUM ALLOYS

摘要

Studies of connection forming in laminated plates of high-strength aluminium alloys depending on deformation conditions are undertaken. Correlation between break strength of impact elasticity and fracture kinds, connection microstructure and intermediate layer thickness in finished plate is shown. The technique is developed and qualitative criterion of quality estimation of connection of layers is proposed. This criterion is a development coefficient, taking into account not only deformation degree but also kind of stressed state and deformation history.
