FLAME HEATING OF ALUMINIUM CELL BOTTOM WITH HEAT INSULATION OF PERIPHERY SEAMS

摘要

A flame heating of aluminium cell bottom with heat insulation of periphery ramming seams by a layer of low heat conductivity and easy melted aluminium granules and by creation on all bottom surface uniform temperature field is considered. Technology 0 heating creates base for decreasing of carbon blocks deformation, sodium penetration in the bottom lining and for increasing lifetime of the cell.
