摘要

The results of investigation of SVS-Az trinitride systems in synthesis of ceramic compositions (Si_3N_4-AIN, Si_3N_4-BN, AIN-BN) in SVS-Az mode are presented, their classification and calculation are given. Possibility of synthesis of these compositions in SVS trinitride systems, for conditions of laboratorial reactor with continuous pressure, is studied. The most basic burning regularities for studied systems are established.
