INVOLVEMENT OF MAN-CAUSED RAW MATERIALS IN PROCESSING AT 《NORIL'SK NIKEL》MINING AND METALLURGICAL PLANT

摘要

Technological scheme for processing the man-caused deposit of old pyrrhotite concentrate, material transportation and its further processing is developed and put into operation. This scheme constitutes gravitation-flotation technology including extraction the gravitation concentrate at Knelson concentrators, its consequent processing at Gemeny gravitation table and processing of gravity separation tailings via flotation. Used technology for processing of old pyrrhotite concentrate allowed to increase commercial production practically without additional capital investments.
