The results of laboratorial testings of sintering flocculation process for stale tailings in the third pond at Artemovsk gold extracting plant are presented. It is shown that using this process makes it possible to extract approximately 85 percent of metal with gold content about 16 g/t in the concentrate. Beneficiation value is higher when using combination of collecting reactants instead of one xanthogenate as water-proofing agent of sulfide surface. Presented results displayed that studied process can be estimated as prospective one for processing state state tailings.
