Principal grounds of dry cleaning method forelectrolytic gases with removal of fluorine compounds, dust andpolycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons as well as wet gas cleaning withremoval of sulfur dioxines are observed. Description of industrialunit (developed by VAMI) for dry gas cleaning from electrolysisshop in reactors and sleeve filters with additional gas cleaningfrom sulfur dioxide in hollow speed scrubbers is presented. Theproblems concerning efficiency of gas cleaning and operationparameters of equipment are elucidated.
