DEVELOPMENT OF EFFECTIVE ORE PROCESSING FLOWSHEETS ON THE BASIS OF LEADING PART OF FLOTATION PROCESS

The complex of questions of effective flowsheet creation of ore enrichment, which key component is flotation process, is considered. It is shown, as development flotation stimulates increase of an overall efficiency of the technology. Major factors of increase of efficiency of flotation in these conditions are represented: ore preparation, flotation reagents, and rational process combinations. Realization of such approach is shown by the example of the broad range of ore treatment flowsheets.
