COMPLEX SYSTEM FOR CONTROL OF THE PROCESS OF ROASTING THE SULFIDE NICKEL CONCENTRATES IN FLUIDIZED BED FURNACES

摘要

Structural logical scheme of hierarchic correlations between subsystems for control of technological processes in the roasting shop of "Yuzhuralnikel"' integrated works is described. The proposed approach of building the automatic control system for technological processes not only improves technical and economical parameters of the process, but also allows to diminish the risk of appearance of hard technological violations that need resource-consuming operations for restoration of workability of the fluidized bed furnace and auxiliary equipment.
