摘要

《NEVA》system for control of aluminumelectrolysis processes was developed. This system has severalmodifications for usage at the plants having different kinds ofelectrolysis. Increased reliability and anti-interference, usage oftechnical remedies and control methods that were checked in theconditions of electrolysis shops, block-modular technical andfunctionally structure, acceptability of software, maximal accountof consumer requirements and relatively low cost are consideredas advantages of the new system. Industrial module of the systemwas checked by durable operation on electrolyzers of Bratskaluminum works. The system allows to stabilize thermal power,concentration and magnetic hydrodynamic operation conditions, todecrease frequency and duration of anode effects and to riseproductivity of electrolyzers. 《NEVA》system is the competitivesystem in modernization of out-of-date control systems ataluminum plants in Russia and CIS countries.
