摘要

The purpose of this paper is to calculate the buckling equation of the compressive flange of the H-shaped steel beam restrained by the beam web as continuous bracing when one end is fixed and the other end is simply supported. The relation between the effective length factor and the bracing stiffness is presented. The ratio of the length of the beam to the width of the beam flange which can expect the yield strength of the beam flange subjected to compressive force is presented. Moreover, the relation between the axial force ratio and the length-width ratio are presented by taking the factor C as a parameter.
