INFORMATION PROVIDING FOR SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

摘要

In the paper information providing for scientific research is considered. It is shown that to increase that to increase research effectiveness it is necessary to have the specialists on informatics studying the subiect of information providing. by analogy with thermodynamics the ideas of quantity of information, information potential and information dispersion (entropy) are introduced.
