By using the bobbin made of magnetic plastics in which a magnetic powder such as Mn-Zn descent ferrite is mixed, the normal mode attenuation could be 10 dB bigger than the conventional choke coil, while decreases of the common mode DC bias characteristics could be only about 5 approx 8 percent. The shape and dimensions of this choke coil are almost the same as those of the conventional type choke coil, the choke coil will operate both for common mode and for normal mode.
