Development of MI Thin-Film Magnetic Field Sensors

摘要

Linear output is obtained at an external magnetic field of -4 to +4 Oe by the sensor module that combined a circuit to MI Thin-Film Magnetic Field Sensor that was small in size and had high sensitivity. This sensor is thought to be applicable to other commodities besides Magnetic Field Sensors.
