摘要

On the basis of research of likelihood function the optimum estimation of parameters of a noisy sine wave radiosignal of known frequency are considered at time of measurement, less than period and nonmultiple to period. The estimations of phase shift and amplitude at presence and at absence of constant component and nonlinear distortions with binding of result to the beginning of a measuring interval are given.
