Numerical method of determining characterictics spectral sensitivity of television image reciver

The new method of determination characteristic of spectral sensitivity (CSS) S(λ) of television image receivers (TIR) based on approximation of CSS by known function with unknown parameters is offered. Using the set of wideband filters the responses of TIR to an exposure of radiation from the source with known spectral distribution are measured, and then on the basis of obtained results the coefficients of approximation are found and the required function S(λ) is restored.
