Application of atomic-absorption spectrometers to elemental analysis of biological objects

摘要

Methods of atomic absorption spectroscopy allowing to determine trace contents of elements in different biological objects including biological liquids (whole blood, serum, urine) and in ectoderm probes (hair, nails) are considered. The development and metrological certification of contemporary measurement procedures, reference materials of biological objects contents, and the special devices for certain elements are necessary for assurance of uniformity of measure-ments in these fields of analysis.
