Relative information on reliability and the methods of its obtaining

The definition of a relative information and its role in the apriori information are exposed. The methods of obtaining the relative information about the system elements reliability and the possibility of its taking into account for the testplanning are considered. Two-step procedure of the expert estimation for the obtaining the relative information is offered.
