Adaptive Development of Organizational Structure of Industrial Enterprise Management

摘要

The analysis of existing approaches to reforming organizational structure of management (OSM) at the industrial enterprises has shown that precisely formulated methodology of carrying out transformations of this structure is absent. The system of OSM monitoring and modification is offered in the present work. Its introduction will allow to increase adaptability of the system of management to changing conditions and will enable to correct characteristics of organizational structure even during its reforming with respect to results of the actions carried out.
