Terminology of the theory of extrusion processes is specified. New methods of cumulative deformation definition while extruding cylindrical tumblers are staled. They allow to determine the characteristics necessary for account of hardening, analysis of mechanical properties distribution in the product obtained and forecasting fracture as well. Comparison to experimental data shows high accuracy of suggested methods.
