Restoration of crankshafts for domestic and foreign diesel engines with electric arc metallization

Metallizator and crankshafts restoration technology for powerful diesel engines through electric arc metallization with adjustable metallization spray kinematic parameters are developed. Investigation results of coatings properties in accordance with air flow speed from metallizator are given. The restoration by repair shop for diesel engines crankshafts is organized. Its productivity is not less than 60 engines per month.
