The one-chip computer application in butt tracking systems

摘要

The butt tracing system for welding process using the one-chip computer in control circuit is developed. The structure diagram and program modules description are given. The program modules loading can be realized from the controller or uppercomputer key through serial interface directly during control process. It is actual at technological parameters change. The system is recommended for using at automatic welding equipment, IRs and manipulators development.
