Local restoration and strengthening technology of pistons from casting aluminum alloys using electron-beam surfacing with filler wire is developed. Structure, durometric and strength properties of surfaced layer are studied. Forming of dispersed structured material and improving of physico-mechanical of the An 25 alloy are stated.
