Investigation of the electron beam thermal action on the coating-substrate composition

摘要

Based on mathematical model of heat conductivity processes at the electron-beam processing temperature fields are calculated and cooling speeds of the fused coating-substrate compound are defined. General regularities of the formation process for structure and properties of electron beamed coatings at processing conditions change are stated.
