Development of technological process for metal - polymer joint by resistance welding

摘要

Principal opportunity for realizing fixed joint from metal - polymer composite materials using resistance-spot welding is investigated. The electric conductivity providing variants for intermediate polymer layer are given. It's stated that stable electric resistance in welding zone is ensured at the cost of current conducting filler. The experimental dates are shown.
