Equipment for automatic arc welding of casing reinforcement in assembly conditions

The essentially new approach to the optimal reproduction precision calculation for the output technological parameters at the welding equipment development is proposed. This approach takes into account optimization condition of the welded jointstrength characteristics. The welding process mathematical model is built which defines dependency of the welding joint tensile strength from principal welding duty parameters. It is especially efficient for materials inclined to weakening under action of the thermal welding cycle. The specialized equipment complex for automatic welding in assembly conditions of reinforcement elements with shell of articles casings is developed and its principal design and technological features are given.
