Differentiated approach of the computerized design-technological projecting of welding constructions

摘要

Methods of the computerized design-technological projecting of welding constructions at parallel forming of joints quality systems is proposed. Work is grounded on the technological assembly-welding system idea as combination of the 3-dimensional computer models of objects to be welded and projecting operations, differentiation of welded constructions in a region according to design-technological features as well as the residual deformations forecasting methods based on simplified theories of welding stresses. It's proposed to form quality systems in parallel with welding construction projecting based on the factor-functional analysis of welding productions.
