摘要

This system applies fuzzy inference only to the necessity judgment of each control equipment operation in order to easily tune rules and membership functions. The necessity calculation is based on the voltage and load conditions of the whole power systems. To reduce the number of operations of control devices, the coordination of equipment is made giving careful consideration to the capacitor operation schedule and intervals between each equipment operations. This system provides flexible controlthat can meet load changes and operation restrictions.
