摘要

The previous report described a newly-developed assessment system, "SAIAS-PB", which can accurately evaluate the post-buckling behavior of the whole double-hull structures in real time based on the linear FEM analysis. This report introduces a new plate element with initial out-plane deformation, which can express equivalent stiffness of a buckled panel much better than that showed in perforated plate used in the previous report. This system now allows evaluation of the buckling strength of the double hull structures, eventually optimizing design arrangement and structural reinforcement.
