摘要

"MAMIZUKUN" is the first commercial unit to utilize hydrothermal reaction technologies for treating meat and vegetable wastes. In this unit, solid organic wastes are decomposed into liquid organic wastes with water at high temperature under high pressure, and liquid organic wastes are further decomposed into CO_2 and water by oxidation in water at high temperature under high pressure. After the installation of MAMIZUKUN" in the IHI Yokohama Works, test operation was started from August 2000. Tests for treating meat and vegetable wastes that are discharged from supermarkets, food centers and so on were carried out. The basic performance and reliability in long-term operation of the unit were confirmed, and "MAMIZUKUN" has been completed as a commercial unit.
