Problem Analysis and Case Study Based on KT Method

摘要

Among many problems that occur generally, there is few that can be solved according to routine based on "Problem Analysis" or "Decision Analysis." The rational thinking process is advocated by Dr. Kepner and Dr. Tregoe. The case study in regard to the problem analysis of KT Method is described, and the process is considered to trace for the true origin from the necessary information based on facts. The rational thinking process for problem analysis was studied to obtain the technical analysis procedure in accordance with the problem analysis of the KT Method and the quality control procedure.
