東日本大震災における消防防災ヘリコプターの活用結果に基づく南海トラフ巨大地震におけるヘリコプターの有効活用方法の提案

摘要

The Tokai earthquake and the Tonankai-Nankai earthquake are predicted to occur in the near future. In the worst case, these three earthquakes will occur spontaneously, it is called as the giant earthquake of the Nankai Trough. The fault plane of these earthquakes are similar to the Great East Japan Earthquake. The Great East Japan Earthquake is the first case that plural prefectures got big damage. We implemented the questionnaire investigation to the three helicopter teams of the Tohoku region supported by JAXA, Japan Aerospace Explorations Agency. As a result, several problems, especially concerning helicopter operation, were identified. Based on these results, the new system to utilize relief helicopters was proposed for future earthquake disaster.
