Cost optimization for the operation of launch complexes during the post-warranty period

摘要

The research covers the specific features of interconnection between the recovery of equipment technical resource and financial expenditures. The author describes the situation when one should continue launch complex operation under the conditions not invisaged in the design, without a scientific support which would allow to optimize the financial resources for various recovery activities of space launch complex facilities. He also describes the technology of planning the optimal resource management for operation of launch complexes during the post-warranty and end of life cycle period in the current situation. The author gives a general system of recurrence and functional equations, which make it possible to solve the problem.
