Chinese titanium industry is extended by leaps and bounds in the past several years. However, since a titanium market has the long process from materials to a product, there is no unification nature in the balance of stable supply and demand. If the cycle of "the tree, the fire, the ground, gold, and water" of the Chinese Yin, Yang and five elements combination theory rotates well, development of titanium industry will go into stable growth. Moreover, if the possibility of the development of a new use for the titanium industry is conceived by means of the Buddhistic mandala, future directivity is in sight. If the titanium industry in Japan and China is analyzed with such a viewpoint, a quota (each plays his role and it does not interfere with a partner.) and cooperation relationship of each other will become clear.
