Reflections of the Days from the beginning through mid 80's as Planning Manager of Titanium Department

As of January 1, 1980, the writer was transferred to the Head Office of Kobe Steel, Ltd., Kobe where he was assigned to be a planning manager of the Titanium Department. Being away from direct sales activity, he was engaged in planning, coordination, indirect marketing of titanium business for over seven years until March 1987. His activities how to cope with shortage of titanium at the time of historic big booming of the world market, serious post boom recession, start of energetic new market development activity, etc are described here.
